1. Go to Your Library and click on OneClickdigital
2. Click on Login and input your OneClickdigital username and password
How to search for audiobooks
There are several ways to search for audiobooks on OneClickdigital:
• Perform a keyword search using the Quick Search box
• Look for a specific item by using the Advanced Search facility on the blue bar
• Browse by category by selecting from the drop down menu on the grey search bar
• From the home page browse through the Newly Added, Featured or Popular audiobooks by selecting the appropriate tab

How to find children’s and young adults titles
1. Select all from the Browse function (right-hand side of screen on grey toolbar) and click on the magnifying glass
2. Scroll down the menu on the right-hand side of the screen to Target Audience
3. Select either Children or Young-Adult to see books for these age groups
How to download and transfer using OneClickdigital Media Manager (Windows)
The first time you go to download a title - click on My Account, then Preferences and check that your preferences are set to:
• Default Device: iTunes (if transferring to Apple device) or Other (if using non-Apple MP3 player)
• Yes to using the OneClick Digital Media Manager as your default player
• Yes to Automatic Download
• Yes to Automatic Transfer
If not, change settings and click on Update Preferences.
1. Take the mobile device that you wish to transfer the audiobook to and connect it to your computer
2. Click on the book cover of the title you want, thus opening up the book details
3. Choose a checkout period of between 1-21days
4. Click Checkout Now
5. Click on OK to open OneClickdigital Media Manager and login
6. Your audiobook will start to download – follow it’s progress on the download progress bar (this may take a few minutes). The audiobook will start to play as it is downloading
7. Once your book has downloaded it will automatically begin to transfer to your plugged-in mobile device. A File Transfer message will be displayed and a Transfer Completed message when finished (please note that if you are transferring to an Apple device you must also have a current version of iTunes installed)

How to download and transfer using OneClickdigital Media Manager (MAC)
The first time you go to download a title - click on My Account, then Preferences and check that your preferences are set to:
• Default Device: iTunes
• No to using the OneClick DigitalMedia Manager as your default player
• Yes to Automatic Download
• Yes to Automatic Transfer
If not change settings and click on Update Preferences.

5. Click Download and a .zip file will appear. Select Save File
6. A download box will appear with the file listed
7. Double-click on the .zip file and a Download folder will appear
8. Click and drag the folder to your desktop
9. Open the folder and double-click on the books file
10. iTunes will open and a playlist with all the tracks of your audiobook will be created. The title can now be played on your Mac
11. Once your book has downloaded it will automatically begin to transfer to your plugged-in mobile device
12. Within iTunes click on the playlist, hold down the left button of your mouse and drag and drop the folder onto your device
13. Allow the sync with your device to complete and disconnect your device
How to download and transfer audiobooks using manual download (Windows)
If you have an older MP3 player or one that isn’t compatible with OneClickDigital Media Manager you can still use OneClickdigital by using manual download – to do this you must have have Windows Media Player installed on your computer (version 11 or above)
The first time you go to download a title - click on My Account, then Preferences and check that your preferences are set to:
• Default Device: Other
• No to using the OneClick DigitalMedia Manager as your default player
• No to Automatic Download
• No to Automatic Transfer
• If not change settings and click on Update Preferences.
1. Click on the book cover of the title you want, thus opening up the book details
2. Choose a checkout period of between 1-21days
3. Click Checkout Now
4. Click Download and a .zip file will appear. Select Save File
5. A download box will appear with the file listed after the download is complete
6. Double-click on the .zip file and open with Windows Media Player
7. Play the audiobook briefly to download the license (you may need to log in again for this to happen)
8. To transfer to a portable device – leave the file open in Windows Media Player and plug your device into the computer (you may need to click on the Switch to Library button (top right-hand corner) if Windows Media Player is not fully open)
9. Click on Sync (top right-hand corner)
10.On the left-hand side, under playlists, identify the book title you just opened
11.Click on that book title and click Add to Sync List and then Start Sync

How to manage your loans
When an audiobook is checked out, it is added to the Checked Out area of your My Collections folder. To see what books you have out click on My Collections at the top of the screen on the blue bar. If you have not yet downloaded the audiobook, it can be accessed and downloaded from here. From My Collections you can also see what items you have on hold and your borrowing history.
How to renew your audiobook
1. Click on the My Collections tab
2. Click on the Checked Out tab
3. Click on the Renew button for the title
How to return your audiobook early
1. Click on the My Collections tab
2. Click on the Checked Out tab
3. Click on the Return Now button
How to change your device preferences
From OneClickdigital Media Manager, you can change your download preference to iTunes or Other Device.
1. Click on My Account on the blue tool bar
2. Click on the Preferences tab and change your preferences
3. Click on Update Preferences
How to delete audiobook files from your computer
Audiobook files are not automatically removed from your computer when the loan period finishes, but they no longer work. You will need to manually delete the file from your computer and portable media player in the same way you delete other files.
