Get Online digital help

We hear so many stories about people having trouble getting online, staying safe online, shopping online or staying in touch with family and friends. Would you - or someone you know - benefit from free digital support from our team of digital volunteers?

Our digital volunteers provide 1:2:1 support in a library that's convenient and accessible to you. Our team can also support you remotely via phone call, email, or video call. We can provide information and advice related to a breadth of digital tasks such as getting started with your device, setting up an email account, video calling or how to shop online.

Please contact us via email at: to learn more.
