Use the Libby support form to request support with any problems (PressReader is supplied to us by Libby/OverDrive - choose "Question" as the Category and be clear that it is PressReader you are having issues with). They should respond within 24 to 48 business hours. Or bring your device to one of our digital surgeries.
PressReader has a Help Centre which can guide you through using it. There is also a short video on how to login to the app and a longer online video guiding you through its use.
Messages re paying for publications
If you have been using the app at home and start to get messages about paying for magazines, just logout and in again to reactivate your free access. If you have done this and it still asks you to pay for the publications go into Settings, then HotSpots and make sure that the Enable HotSpots option is switched on (button will go green).
