App: If you have any problems with the RBdigital app check out the Help section (available from the main menu). There are also a few useful help videos online - one for how to create an account on a mobile device and one for borrowing audiobooks on the RBdigital app and other for magazines.

Holds not there?
Have you received an email saying a hold you had placed was now available only to not find it in your checkouts area? To resolve this you need to refresh your checked out page. To do this drag down on the checked out page until a loading wheel appears. It will then reload the page showing all your loans. 


Magazine not auto-checking out?
Due to licensing terms the following magazines are not available for auto-checking out. Please just check these titles out manually  -

Grazia; Heat; New Scientist; National Geographic; Newsweek Europe; Time Magazine
