What is 'normal' or ordinary? That is the question the reader is invited to ask: from the moment you read the cover to the last page. Humanity is all here. Sadness, violence, horror, joy, jealousy, kindness, cruelty, romance. This book is written by a young author, and the ending puzzles me - I wonder how an older writer would leave it? A good read for book groups.
